By registering an account, accessing the soloph platform, or using any service offered by soloph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the soloph platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the soloph platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the soloph platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other device or technology. Use of the soloph platform from any jurisdiction implies acceptance of these Terms in full.
To register and maintain an account on soloph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
soloph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player may hold only one (1) account on the soloph platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact soloph support immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your soloph account credentials, including your username and password. soloph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify soloph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. soloph reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your email address and Philippine mobile number — up to date. soloph uses these details to communicate important account and security notifications.
All transactions on soloph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). soloph does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, or Instapay deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the soloph banking page and are subject to change. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
soloph processes withdrawal requests subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined.

All deposits made to soloph must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. soloph will return funds deposited from third-party sources and may suspend the relevant account.
soloph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, soloph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
soloph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the soloph platform, even if soloph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
soloph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. soloph will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
You may close your soloph account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
soloph may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, provide false information, or if soloph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In cases of breach, soloph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the soloph platform shall first be submitted to soloph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the above processes.
soloph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the soloph platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the soloph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
